FastTrack recognises the importance of giving back to society. As part of recognising our Corporate Social Responsibility, FastTrack are supporting Community Interest Company, Changing Paths.
Changing Paths is a Charitable Trust, originally formed by the Wates Group, to help rehabilitate offenders by offering them life skills and relevant training to help them into sustainable employment.
This new initative assists offenders and others, into sustainable employment within the construction sector and its supply chain, using its unique model to reach and train men and women in our society.
It has been proven that employment reduces the risk of offending and re-offending which can cost the tax payer £10 billion annually (National Audit office).
Changing Paths works alongside government agencies and has been instrumental in the Olympic Delivery Authorities (ODA) first successful programme, to integrate offenders and the long term unemployed onto Olympic sites.
Hoping to continue the success of this initiative, FastTrack are playing an active role in showing their commitment to delivering sustainable employment opportunities to members of our community. At FastTrack, we know and value the importance of this commitment and recognise the professional service and contribution that it provides to the Construction industry.
