FastTrack is accredited BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and all of our recruitment and operational procedures are run and audited in accordance with this standard..

We have a Quality Management System in place which stipulates that all of our operatives adhere to meeting our clients’ requirements and where possible exceed their expectations. We are able to achieve this through providing our staff with on-going training to carry out their role in line with our company guidelines.

A key feature of our growing success is our specially designed database which has been designed to incorporate all of our company procedures. This database is equipped for monitoring and assessment purposes, enabling us to review and improve our services.

Our Quality Manager is certified with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) enabling internal auditing of all our procedures. Additionally, compliance to our procedures is externally audited by the, European Quality Assurance (EQA).
