Our History

FastTrack is a subsidiary of the Empresaria Group, a diversified recruitment business with interests in a number of industry sectors. Purchased in February 2004, FastTrack now incorporates TMR, Empresaria’s original construction brand, which re-branded to FastTrack in the summer of 2004.

Originally set up in 1993, FastTrack has a wealth of experience in supplying personnel to the UK construction industry, on both a permanent and contract basis. The group has been successful in placing construction and engineering personnel to construction projects, within the following sectors:

• Transportation
• Retail & Leisure
• Commercial and Industrial New Build
• Sporting Stadia
• Communications and IT

FastTrack combined turnover now exceeds £22m. Operating from three regional offices located in Watford, London, Brighton and Birmingham and with further expansion planned we continue to supply our services on a national basis and across the entire spectrum of construction works.
