£25 Million Maintenance Project in Harrow

Harrow Council has issued a contract notice for maintenance services worth up to £25million. The framework deal will provide maintenance services for its housing and corporate property portfolio.

The framework deal will deliver maintenance, cyclical services and planned improvements to approximately 4,808 dwellings and 1,100 leasehold flats, as well as schools, offices, libraries and other public buildings.

The council will require contractors to help them achieve their social and environmental policy objectives relating to recruitment, training and supply chain initiatives and sustainable working.

The estimate value over four years will be between £15m and £25m. It is expected that between five and twelve contractors will tender or participate.
