Heathrow Terminal 4 Refurbishment

Heathrow’s Terminal 4 lounge is set to undergo a refurbishment programme. The search for a contractor to undertake the programme has begun.

The works will include the demolition and soft strip of the existing T4 departure lounge areas as well as installation of a new conglomerate marble tiled floor system, new gate desks and queuing area reconfigurations.

There will be fresh features, new signage and new or relocated media installations as well as the provision of a new multi-faith and training room. Mechanical and electrical services will include new distribution ductwork, diffusers, lighting, PA/VA and small power.

Work is set to commence in December 2013 and contractors are beginning to register their interest now.
