Morgan Sindall and Lovell are appointed to West Midlands Construction Framework

Leading housing and regeneration business Morgan Sindall and Lovell have been appointed by Birmingham City Council to the Constructing West Midlands framework worth £3 billion. The framework has been established to provide public sector bodies throughout the West Midlands with a channel for the efficient procurement of building and construction works.

The framework will run for a minimum of four years with the potential to be extended to eight years. It will be available to Birmingham City Council as well as any other public sector body within the West Midlands, creating an upsurge in construction jobs accross the West Midlands .

The affordable housing division Morgan Sindall and Lovell will work on projects secured through the framework under the name Community Solutions West Midlands. They will be working on the delivery of individual capital construction projects and major programmes of works costing over £500,000.

Morgan Sindall and Lovell are sister companies within Morgan Sindall Group, who specialise in construction and regeneration.
