FastTrack's Trades & Labour Division operates nationally from six branch locations all focused on providing clients with fully vetted and accredited construction personnel.
Our consultants provide a proactive approach to provide a solution to our client’s temporary staffing demands. We are able to identify and supply a broad range of personnel spanning all construction trades. The disciplines supplied range from site labourer, plant operatives and skilled tradesman to foremen level and beyond.
FastTrack is a fully compliant recruitment company. We only present candidates who have been through our meticulous vetting procedures.
We meet clients’ requests for qualified and skilled candidates using our vast resourcing skills to locate the right people. Additionally, we supply candidates who are registered under the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS).
FastTrack is required to certify that our operatives are entitled to work in the UK and are engaged under a compliant structure before they commence their assignment.
Our registration process requires that we verify the identity of each person we supply. Where required we conduct checks on visas and work permits to ensure that all operatives are eligible to work in the UK. We obtain references and proof of qualifications as well as offering health and safety courses. Additionally, we provide operatives with courses such as asbestos awareness, PASMA and Manual Handling. We have a dedicated training administrator who can help each operative achieve the skills they need for the job.
