​BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer – London - £40,000

An amazing opportunity for a BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join a leading BMS Controls company. They are looking to grow their dynamic team.

 

The BMS Pre-Commissioning Engineer Role

You will be assisting Commissioning Engineers and carrying out Electrical testing and performing other tasks as required by the Commissioning Engineers.

 

Responsibilities

·         BMS Pre-commissioning, including final reports

·         BMS PPM’s, including final reports

·         Assisting BMS Commissioning Engineer, including final commissioning reports

·         Assisting Project Manager/Engineer

·         Control Panel modifications

·         Updating existing Control Panel drawings and passing to CAD Engineer

·         Heavy lifting – in accordance with HSE manual handling guidance

·         General vehicle and site housekeeping

·         Stock Control of Vehicle

·         Electrical Testing forming part of Pre-commissioning

·         Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships

·         Wear company issued work wear and PPE during work hours.

·         Communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues in a professional courteous manner, carrying out any reasonable requests within practical time limits and not breaching health & safety legislation

·         Carry out any reasonable additional activities that the company require including internal and external training.

 

Requirements

·         Full UK Driving licence

·         Experience working within site and occupied environments

·         Experience carrying out electrical upgrades on control panels

·         Competent in Electrical Testing and Fault Finding - possessing sufficient technical knowledge or experience to carry out safely

·         Eligibility to work in the UK
