A well-established Building Controls business are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team, offering an impressive salary of between £40,000- £45,000 along with a fantastic benefits package. The BMS Service Engineer Position
As a BMS Service Engineer you will be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems across London, on some of the main buildings in the city such as universities, hospitals and stadiums. The role will require attending a fixed site twice per week. You will have in-depth knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) hardware including fault finding, wiring and networking. You will possess the knowledge and experience to design and commission BMS systems as well as have a good sound knowledge of HVAC principles. You will have great customer service skills to provide assistance to both clients and future clients to achieve a high standard service.
Key skills required
- Qualified with a HNC/ONC or equivalent in electrical engineering
- Experience in the Servicing of building management systems (BMS)
- Qualified with Trend Building Management Systems
- CSCS/JIB registered
- Full UK driving license
