Our well-established Building Controls business are seeking a BMS Service Engineer around London to join their growing team, offering an impressive salary of between £40,000- £45,000 DOE along with full training and invaluable experience.

The BMS Service Engineer Position
The next successful BMS Service Engineer will be required to cover multiple sites and buildings across London and will be responsible for the pre-planned as well as the reactive maintenance of the Building Management Systems. Therefore, vast experience and an in-depth knowledge of BMS (Trend or Tridium or Honeywell mainly) hardware is vitally important, including the fault finding, wiring and networking. Alongside the technical and practical aspects of the role, you will be required to maintain excellent levels of customer service to provide assistance and support to both existing and new clients as well as customers. You will preferably have a sound knowledge of HVAC principles and the understanding to be able to learn to design and commission BMS.
Key skills required
- Qualified with a HNC/ONC or equivalent in electrical engineering
- Qualified with EasyIO, Trend, Tridium or Honeywell Building Management Systems
- Experience in the servicing of BMS
- Full UK driving license
- CSCS/ JIB registered
- Excellent communication skills
